Large Division: Waunakee #3 (LW: 3), Sun Prairie #4 (LW: 4), Monona Grove #9 (LW: 10), Verona UR (LW: 15).
Past ranked teams: Middleton, Madison Memorial, Watertown, DeForest, Stoughton.
Medium Division: Lodi #1 (LW: 2), Lake Mills #6 (LW: 6), Mount Horeb/Barneveld #9 (LW: 9), Clinton #11 (LW: 17).
Past ranked teams: Monroe, New Glarus/Monticello, Reedsburg, Columbus.
Small Division: Black Hawk #4 (LW: 4), Pecatonica-Argyle #9 (LW: 10), Oakfield #15 (LW: 13).
