Medium Division: Lodi #2 (LW: 2), Lake Mills #6 (LW: 7), Mount Horeb/Barneveld #9 (LW: 3), Clinton #17 (LW: UR). Past ranked teams: Monroe, New Glarus/Monticello, Reedsburg, Columbus.
Small Division: Black Hawk #4 (LW: 4), Pecatonica-Argyle #10 (LW: 13), Oakfield T-#13 (LW: 15), Cambridge UR (LW: 15). Past ranked teams: Darlington, Shullsburg.
