Prep Report Audio Feature: Columbus Football

Columbus football rolled to an 11-1 record in 2016, but when Scott Hilber stepped down this past offseason after leading the Cardinals to a 5-0 conference record and the first win over Lodi in over a decade, the school looked to its own sidelines to fill the head coaching vacancy. Calvin Zenz, who has been the team's offensive coordinator the past four seasons, will step in to lead the program at only 30 years old.

Coach Zenz talked about the process of taking over as head coach, the impact of the talented outgoing group of seniors, and how his team is involved in the Columbus community.
