Large Division: Waunakee #3 (LW: 3), Sun Prairie #4 (LW: 4), Monona Grove #9 (LW: 9).
Past ranked teams: Verona, Middleton, Madison Memorial, Watertown, DeForest, Stoughton.
Medium Division: Lodi #2 (LW: 1), Mount Horeb/Barneveld #8 (LW: 9), Lake Mills #10 (LW: 6), Clinton #11 (LW: 11).
Past ranked teams: Monroe, New Glarus/Monticello, Reedsburg, Columbus.
Small Division: Black Hawk T-#4 (LW: 4), Fall River T-#10 (LW: 10), Pecatonica-Argyle UR (LW: 9), Oakfield UR (LW: 15).
