Game Audio: HSFB: Waunakee 31, DeForest 7

DeForest gave Waunakee their toughest challenge of the season, holding the Warriors to just over 200 yards of offense, but Waunakee wore down the Norskies late and scored 24 unanswered points to close out a 31-7 victory on Friday night to improve to 4-0.

Will Ross ran for two touchdowns, and Jarrett Wulf ran and threw for a touchdown (to Sawyer Maly) to pace the Warriors. DeForest's touchdown came from Evan Armstrong, who also ran for 102 yards on the evening.

With the win, Waunakee extended its state-long winning streak to 18, which is tied with Lodi, St. Mary's Springs, and Bangor, all defending state champs as well as the Warriors.
