Milwaukee was shut out for the seventh time this season, falling 9-0 to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday as the Brewers lost the series two games to one.
After coming back to win Saturday 5-3 to even up the series, Milwaukee couldn't get a run across on Sunday, falling behind early and striking out 14 times in defeat. The Brewers could only muster one hit against the Pirates.
Milwaukee will take on Cleveland in a two-game series at Miller Park on Tuesday and Wednesday before hitting the road again on Thursday against Colorado.
