At 31-19, the Milwaukee Brewers are off to the best 50-game start in franchise history following their 9-2 win on Wednesday over the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The series sweep was aided by a seven-run fourth inning, which included a three-run home run from Travis Shaw. Brent Suter went 5 2/3 innings to get the win.
After the game, it was announced Zach Davies and Ryan Braun would be rejoining the Brewers. Milwaukee sent Ji-Man Choi and Brandon Woodruff back down to Triple A.
