Ji-Man Choi, who hit a grand slam on Saturday in the Brewers' 12-3 win over the Phillies and was sent back to Triple-A afterwards, was traded by Milwaukee to Tampa Bay for infielder Brad Miller.
The transaction was made on Sunday. The official transaction includes cash considerations along with Miller going back to Milwaukee.
Miller, an infielder will report to Triple-A, per the Milwaukee Brewers:
The #Brewers have acquired INF Brad Miller and cash from Tampa Bay in exchange for 1B/OF Ji-Man Choi. Miller has been optioned to Triple-A @skysox.
Milwaukee lost 4-3 to Philadelphia on Sunday, wrapping up their road trip at 3-5.
