Brewers lose 7th in a row, fall to Dodgers 6-4 Friday night

Milwaukee begins their post-All Star Game run the same way it ended on Sunday before the break. The Brewers lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-4 on Friday night at Miller Park.

With the loss, the Brewers have now lost seven in a row, and sit three games behind the Chicago Cubs in the NL Central. Milwaukee holds just a one-game advantage on Arizona for the final Wild Card spot.

Wade Miley allowed no earned runs in six innings of work for the Brewers, but the bullpen couldn't hold on in a 1-1 game in the seventh inning. The Dodgers got two runs in the seventh and tacked on three more in the ninth, lighting up Milwaukee's bullpen for five runs in three innings.

The teams will continue their weekend series Saturday and Sunday at Miller Park.
