Jhoulys Chacín went seven strong in shutting down the Giants on Saturday night, and the Brewers' bats got going a bit in a 7-1 win on the night of Mike Moustakas' debut with Milwaukee.
None other than former Royals teammate Lorenzo Cain got it going for the Brewers, collecting four hits to help power Milwaukee in the win.
Chacín's final stat line was impressive: seven innings, three hits allowed, one walk and one run given up, and six strikeouts. Taylor Williams and Dan Jennings pitched scoreless innings to close out the win.
Moustakas, acquired late Friday night from Kansas City, recorded his first hit as a Milwaukee Brewer as well.
