Brewers top Dodgers 5-2 on Monday night

A power outage couldn't stop the Milwaukee Brewers from putting up 10 hits and five runs in a 5-2 victory at the Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday night.

Eric Thames launched a three-run home run in the third inning, which proved to be the difference in a game delayed by a power outage in the second inning. Christian Yelich extended his hit streak to 14 games in the victory as well.

Travis Shaw collected three hits in the game. Freddy Peralta pitched four innings, giving up one run on three hits and striking out six, but walked four.

The Brewers' bullpen combined for five innings, seven strikeouts, two hits allowed, three walks, and one run given up.
