Brewers win 6-4 on Monday night over Cardinals

Milwaukee rallied with runs in the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th innings to defeat the St. Louis Cardinals on Monday night, pushing the Brewers to a four-game lead over the Cardinals for the top NL Wild Card spot and a game and a half behind the Chicago Cubs in the NL Central.

Lorenzo Cain notched three hits, Christian Yelich and Ryan Braun each had a pair of RBI, and the bullpen went nine deep with 11 strikeouts to secure the win for the Brewers.

With five to play, the Brewers get two more crucial games with the Cardinals Tuesday and Wednesday.
