Brewers, Cubs to play for NL Central title Monday at noon

After Milwaukee's sweep of Detroit this weekend, the Brewers and Chicago Cubs will play for the NL Central division championship Monday at noon at Wrigley Field.

The Brewers caught the Cubs on Saturday, after the Cubs lost to St. Louis and Milwaukee won over Detroit.

The decisive Game 163 will be counted as a regular-season game, with expanded 40-man rosters and stats counting towards the regular-season totals. Milwaukee will throw Jhoulys Chacin against Jose Quintana, who has had the Brewers' number since his debut with the Cubs in the middle of the 2017 season. Meanwhile, Chacin has been the de facto ace of the Brewers' staff this year after being acquired as a free agent last offseason.

First pitch will be at noon and can be heard statewide on the Milwaukee Brewers Radio Network, including 1310 WIBA-AM in southern Wisconsin and 106.7 WATQ-FM in northwestern Wisconsin. The game will be televised by Fox Sports Wisconsin.
