Brewers take Game 3 of NLCS 4-0 over Dodgers

Exciting through the final outs, the NLCS Game 3 victors are the Milwaukee Brewers, as they defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-0 on Monday night.

Five Milwaukee Brewers pitchers combined for a five-hit shutout to move Milwaukee to a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Jhoulys ChacĂ­n made a bit of history with his start on Monday night. Per ESPN Stats and Information, he became the fifth pitcher to have five-plus scoreless innings in his first two career postseason starts.

A two-run Orlando Arcia home run, his third of the postseason, extended the Brewers' lead in the top of the seventh inning.

Game four is Tuesday night in Los Angeles, with a 8:09 p.m. CDT first pitch.
