Christian Yelich's walk-off hit rallies Brewers past Cardinals 5-4 Sunday

As much as the St. Louis Cardinals tried to avoid Christian Yelich on Sunday, the reigning NL MVP made his swings count, hitting a home run for the fourth straight game and delivering the walk-off hit to send the Milwaukee Brewers to victory, 5-4 on Sunday ta Miller Park.

Yelich was walked three times in the game by the Cardinals, between his first-inning home run and his ninth-inning walk-off.

Corbin Burns struck out a dozen Cardinals in only five innings of work, and the bullpen allowed just two men on base in four scoreless innings as the Brewers overcame three home runs by the Cardinals.

The Brewers tossed 15 strikeouts total in the victory.

Milwaukee heads to Cincinnati to take on the Reds for three games beginning on Monday night.
