Brewers sweep Reds, win 1-0 on Wednesday

The Brewers have now won five in a row.

Freddy Peralta's gem helps the Brewers sweep the Reds with a 1-0 win on Wednesday. Peralta went eight innings, allowing just two hits and striking out 11 Reds with no walks in the process.

Alex Wilson tossed a scoreless ninth inning, allowing one hit and one walk to save the game for Milwaukee.

Manny Pina drove in Jesus Aguilar in the top of the second inning for the lone score in the game.

The Brewers get the day off and will play a three-game home series against the Chicago Cubs this coming weekend beginning on Friday night at Miller Park.
