Brewers add seven on second day of MLB Draft

The Brewers made seven selections on the second day of the 2019 First-Year Player Draft, beginning with catcher Nick Kahle from the University of Washington with their first pick of the afternoon (#133 overall). The announcements were made by Director – Amateur Scouting Tod Johnson.

In their seven selections today, the Crew drafted three catchers, two pitchers and two infielders. A full list of the Brewers’ picks from the first two days of the 2019 First-Year Player Draft are below.

Total selections: 9; Pitchers: 4 (LHP: 3, RHP: 1), Catchers: 3, 1B: 0, 2B: 1, 3B: 0, SS: 1, OF: 0; College: 8, High School: 1

The Draft concludes tomorrow with rounds 11-40, beginning at 11 a.m. CT (with no time delay between selections).
