Brewers bounce back to defeat Cubs 3-2 on Friday night

After Chicago took a 2-0 lead in the sixth inning, the Milwaukee Brewer came back with three runs of their own to defeat the Cubs 3-2 on Friday night at Miller Park.

Ben Gamel had the two-RBI base hit in the eighth inning to put the Brewers ahead. Josh Hader pitched the ninth for his 23rd save of the season.

The win came at a cost. For the third time this week, a Brewers starter was removed from the game due to injury, as Gio Gonzalez left in the seventh inning with shoulder tightness.
