Packers sign FB Tommy Bohanon

The Green Bay Packers have signed FB Tommy Bohanon. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transaction Monday.

Bohanon, a 6-foot-1, 246-pound sixth-year player out of Wake Forest, was originally drafted by the New York Jets in the seventh round (No. 215 overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played three seasons for the Jets (2013-15) and two seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2017-18). For his career, Bohanon has played in 68 games with 30 starts during the regular season, totaling 72 rushing yards on 26 carries (2.8 avg.) with two touchdowns and 29 receptions for 239 yards (8.2 avg.) and one TD. He has also played in three postseason contests with one start, recording two receptions for 34 yards (17.0 avg.) and a TD. Bohanon will wear No. 48 for the Packers.
