The trade market has come and gone and the Brewers were involved with several moves to acquire pitching. Getting the most attention and reaction was their trade of touted infield prospect Mauricio Dubon to the Giants for Drew Pomeranz, a starting pitcher who peaked with a great season 2 years ago in Boston, but has struggled since. In dire need of arms, the Brewers made the move.
