Wisconsin notched a 82-70 exhibition victory against UW-Oshkosh in men's basketball to get the 2018-19 season underway.
While the final score appears close, the Badgers led 47-28 at the break and both teams emptied the bench to get every player some reps in game action.
Wisconsin had four players in double figures, led by Brad Davison with 16 points. The Badgers struggled from deep, hitting only 25% of their three-point shots, and only made 47% of their second-half free throws, but managed to build a big enough lead to hold it through the second half.
The Badgers open the regular season on Tuesday against Coppin State.
