NFL Draft: Wisconsin DB Natrell Jamerson selected by New Orleans

Natrell Jamerson is the third former Wisconsin Badger selected in the NFL Draft, at #164 in the 5th round to the New Orleans Saints.

Jamerson is valued in most evaluations for his expected special teams contributions and upside as a safety. He played several defensive backfield positions at Wisconsin, and at various positions on special teams.

Nick Nelson went #110 to Oakland and Troy Fumagalli went #156 to Denver.

Jamerson was co-player of the East-West Shrine Game along with Madison native and Northern Iowa receiver Daurice Fountain.
